We currently deliver to the Dallas / Fort Worth area only.  Pricing is based on mileage.  After you have made your selection, we will contact you with your delivery options.  Please feel free to contact us if you have a special or ugent delivery request.

GUARANTEE:

Our goal is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase by providing excellent service and quality products.  If you are not satisfied with our products at the time of delivery or pick up, we will refund to you your purchase amount or exchange it for any other products equal to or less than your original amount.  However, because of our streamline low overhead/low expense approach, there will be a 15% restocking fee that we have to pay plus and any delivery charges that apply.  If you are not satisfied due to damage of an item, we will replace or repair that item.  See "DAMAGES"

WARRANTY:

Most of our products have a manufacturer’s warranty.  The warranty covers any manufacturer’s defects (workmanship and/or material) and will either replace or repair defective parts for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of purchase in accordance with the conditions set forth below.

If a manufacturer’s defect is found, Texas Warehouse Furnishings should be notified promptly of the defect.  A representative may be necessary to verify that a manufacturing defect exists.  If replacement is required in accordance with the warranty and the defective material or merchandise has been discontinued or unavailable,  Texas Warehouse furnishings reserves the right to select and supply similar merchandise or offer credit for the merchandise; otherwise the same material or merchandise will be supplied for replacement purposes.

WARRANTY IS VOID FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
-Improper maintenance or improper use resulting in damage.
-Any product modifications by purchaser.
-Warranty does not cover minor variations or differences between illustrations and your furniture.
-This warranty covers only articles of furniture intended for residential use only; does not cover any industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental use.
-Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
-Normal wear and tear.
-Damages incurred during transportation if picked up.
-Damages incurred during assembling or maintenance by customer.
-Damages incurred by accidents or abuse.

This warranty is solely to the purchaser and is NOT transferable under any circumstances.


DAMAGES:

All products are packaged to reduce possible damages that may occur during shipping and handling.  However, if damage does occur such as a scratch, ding or dent, flaw in the finish it must be reported at the time of delivery or pickup for repair or replacement of that item.  After it has left our possession, we no longer hold any responsibility.
